6月6日下午消息,近日,位于广州市增城区的居然之家新塘店内,顾家、欧铂尼、伊仕利和原川等四家 家居品牌店"爆雷",数百户装修业主的订单无法交付,涉及金额逾千万元。消费者反映,"爆雷"前这些 品牌店曾以享受"国补"诱导他们下订单和一次性交全款,而实际上连正常订单都未交付就关门走人。 居然之家新塘店由原增城万户来家居商场升级而来。2018年12月,万户来与居然之家达成战略合作,成 为后者全国第303家分店。增城万户来家居商场由广东廉江人林国金于2008年创立,其现任居然之家新 塘店董事长。前述涉事门店均由林国金家族代理经营,实际运营由其子林荣军负责。 新浪财经了解到,目前,在当地政府部门的协调下,涉事品牌之一的欧铂尼已制定了相应的处理方案。 针对提供了买卖合同、属于真实订单且能明确订购欧铂尼定制产品的客户,欧铂尼将先垫资生产交付, 后再根据所取得的债权向林国金追讨。 "反馈要求交付的客户,公司安排了专属设计师对接,大部分客户已下单,少部分客户等待确认设计方 案中,确认后均会安排加急生产并安装。"欧铂尼相关人士表示。 公开资料显示,欧铂尼是欧派家居集团旗下的独立子品牌,主要覆盖高端门窗、木门及门墙柜定制市 场。由于 ...
