变废为宝 北京大兴探索农业废弃物利用新模式

位于礼贤镇的农业废弃物综合处理中心里,经过初步粉碎的秸秆、瓜秧尾菜等,通过传送带进入机器, 分别进入不同的处理环节,有的经过高温处理后进入巨大的好氧发酵池缓慢发酵,有的进入固化成型设 备压制成颗粒或方块…… 新京报讯(记者周怀宗)收获后的秸秆、遗弃的瓜秧尾菜、园子里的枯枝落叶……这些农业废弃物如何 处理?是否还有利用价值?又该如何利用?在北京市大兴区礼贤镇农业废弃物综合处理中心,这些原本 被当成垃圾的农业废弃物,通过晾晒、打碎、筛选、发酵、压制等不同工序,最终变成了宝贵的资源, 用作燃料、有机肥、各种添加剂的原材料。 负责人李俊山介绍,处理中心自2022年8月建站后至10月正式投产运行,建有好氧发酵肥料化、颗粒燃 料化、成型饲料化等多条生产线,现经过再次增加设备提升产能,达到年处理秸秆等农林废弃物4万吨 以上。 过去几年中,中国农科院环发所与北京市大兴区农业农村局建立紧密合作关系,以国家秸秆综合利用重 点区建设为依托,开展秸秆还田生态效应监测、秸秆尾菜资源台账构建和专题技术培训等,以科技助力 大兴区高效推进秸秆、瓜秧尾菜等农业废弃物资源化利用。中国农科院环发所副研究员、北京市生态循 环低碳发展创新团队岗位专家 ...
