 Core Viewpoint - Qilu Bank is actively implementing the important directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding financial work, particularly in cultivating and promoting a distinctive Chinese financial culture, by establishing cultural platforms to enhance high-quality development [1]   Group 1: "Book House" Initiative - Qilu Bank has innovatively created the "Book House" for employees, integrating online audio resources with a comfortable offline environment, providing a vast array of listening and reading materials across various fields [3] - The "Book House" supports nearly a thousand users to listen simultaneously, reinforcing the learning-oriented headquarters and making the "Book House" brand deeply rooted through convenient and interactive cultural activities [5]   Group 2: Integrity Culture Exhibition Hall - Qilu Bank has established a high-standard integrity culture exhibition hall covering over 1,400 square meters, aimed at regular integrity education for party members and the public [7] - The exhibition hall features six thematic areas using multimedia technology to present the history of integrity culture, strict party regulations, cautionary tales, and exemplary models, serving as a core educational venue in Jinan [7] - Since its establishment, the hall has hosted 865 events with over 41,000 visitors, effectively guiding employees to be aware of boundaries and maintain integrity, earning the title of "Demonstration Base for Integrity Culture Construction" in 2023 [7]   Group 3: Qilu Lecture Hall - Qilu Bank has developed the "Qilu Lecture Hall" as a platform for implementing the construction of Chinese financial culture and deepening the learning organization [8] - The lecture hall focuses on core themes such as party building, strategy, business, and culture, establishing a regular learning mechanism with monthly themes and online-offline integration [8] - Various learning and discussion activities have been conducted under the principle of addressing gaps in knowledge, effectively enhancing employees' political literacy and professional capabilities, thus driving innovation and high-quality development [12]
