中化新网讯 我国半废锅煤气化装置运行诞生一项新的世界纪录。截至9月11日,航天长征化学工程股份 有限公司自主研发的2000吨级半废锅航天粉煤加压气化装置(下称"半废锅航天炉"),在安徽昊源化工集 团五期项目气化装置应用的A级连续运行时间已满2年,突破气流床气化技术连续运行世界纪录。截至 发稿时,该装置仍在满负荷连续稳定运行中。 据昊源集团有关负责人介绍,该公司年产30万吨合成氨、40万吨尿素联产20万吨己内酰胺搬迁改造项目 采用了4.0兆帕气化压力、2000吨级半废锅航天炉,这是昊源集团采用的第七台航天炉。该气化装置于 2023年9月12日一次点火开车成功,次日产出合格的合成氨产品。自投产以来,该气化炉实现了连续不 间断的安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷、高效率运行,而且蒸汽产量不衰减。半废锅航天炉的高效持续稳 定运行,使液氨综合能耗达1130千克标煤/吨,极大提升了产品市场竞争力;每年还可回收高品位热能 折标煤5万吨,减排二氧化碳13万吨,有效推动煤炭清洁、高效、低碳利用,为昊源集团带来了显著的 经济效益与社会效益。 据介绍,在气化装置开车后,昊源集团不断拓宽气化原料煤的指标范围,将气化原料煤范围拓展至20余 种 ...
