Group 1 - The core initiative "Beijing General Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Partner Plan 2.0" was officially launched, aiming to develop a member scale of 1,000 by the end of 2026 through comprehensive evaluation and dynamic entry-exit mechanisms [1] - Since its launch in May 2023, the initial partner plan has gathered over 280 partner enterprises across five categories: computing power, data, models, applications, and investment, and has identified 32 sub-field scenario demands [1] - The plan has provided approximately 8,500 PetaFLOPS of computing power support and collaborated with over 100 venture capital institutions, resulting in nearly 200 typical industry application cases across more than 10 fields, including finance, government affairs, culture and tourism, healthcare, and marketing [1] Group 2 - The new "1+10+X" service system will be established under the plan, focusing on industry supply-demand matching and implementing 10 capability projects, including chip model adaptation [1] - The plan also introduces innovative initiatives such as "City Tour" and "AI Product Experience Plan," offering a certain number of AI free experience products and services to domestic cities participating in the plan, global digital economy city alliances, and cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region [1] - The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology will support the partner plan with funding measures such as computing power vouchers, data element market demonstration rewards, and service vouchers for small and medium-sized enterprises [2]
