各位现场朋友大家好首先非常荣幸能够参加万德主办的夏季策略会我是UBS瑞银证券的研究部总监Robin徐彬今天也很荣幸想跟大家分享一下我们关于中国企业出海的研究我们这次的题目叫做从中国生产到中国制造来解析一下中国企业的出海的机会 我们首先简单的解释一下什么是中国生产什么是中国制造所谓的中国生产就是在中国本土进行一个制造生产出来的产品通过海运或者空运或者陆运的方式运到海外也就是传统意义上的一个直接出口的这么一个方式这是我们会认为的一个比较传统的中国企业出海的方式什么是中国制造呢 中国制造跟中国生产略微不同的一个地方是在于中国制造不一定需要在中国本土发生在我们的更多的出海的研究当中我们会认为往后看有更多的中国产品其实是在海外制造的那么在海外制造以后再运往海外这个也是我们另外一种叫法叫做中国加一的一个产能扩张今天我就针对这两个主要的中国的出海方式跟大家做一个分享 首先我们回到出海的这么一个主题我们怎么样去鉴别中国企业出海的一个做的一个成果大家如果看这张图左上角这张图我们其实给大家展示了一个两根线红色的这根线其实是A股所有上市公司的一个海外收入占比我们可以看到这个比例从大概20年前不到5% 到现在2023年是11.5%可 ...

设施建设在2022年23年其实整个这两年的订单包括今年上半年的订单呢基本上都是处于一个下降的一个态势啊这个主要是两个原因啊第一个呢我们呃这个这一块城市综合体建设的订单下降啊是符合公司在这一块的战略调整公司从2022年开始对于需要 公司电资的未来可能有回款风险的还有包括地方政府做业主或者地方平台地方政府性质平台做业主的这种3P项目我们现在是非常谨慎除非是有这种战略协同我们会小比例参股也是10% 5% 10%以投资拉动EPC的这种形式去做 所以这一块下降一方面是受到公司战略的一个调整这一块我们今年2024年的全年投资计划是接近1400亿1390多亿其中95%以上我们都投到新兴战略产业了城市基础设施这一块的投资基本上就没有了这也是我们从投资上的一个战略调整 第二个原因这块下降主要还是受制于两个一个是房地产一个是整个建筑板块的一个疲软我们2023年城市基础设施建设订单细分里面单个合同金额超过5亿元的这种项目这个是叫2022年是下降了非常多5亿元以上的合同就比较少了去年因为 也有一些这种国家政策的导向这个保障性住房我们去年房建全年签了1200多亿这块去年的表现还是可以的未来在城市综合体建设这块我们可能主要把业务方向集中 ...

一些担忧我们稍微展开做一下解读那么首先出海的市场我们其实已经在多个报告中多次强调了这个新兴市场的仲卡市场就是比我们想象的或者说可能某些专家所讲的要大一些我们可以通过非常官方的研究就是全球的仲卡龙头配卡公司的年报中能够看到它估计全球的 中众卡在三百大几十万我们从中抠掉美国西欧澳新再抠掉中国然后再抠掉可能相对比较独特的印度剩下的是我觉得我们可以进入的新兴市场那么这个市场的体量我们估计在100万上下如果说乐观悲观大约在90到110万这样一个范围另外刚刚没说我们还要抠掉中卡也就是说整体是一个非常严格的 重卡的定义的新兴市场而且是我们进得去的不含印度这种比较另类的市场都有100万上下因此去年我们中国出口27.6万这个数字我们认为绝对不是一个终点因为我们参考很多这个 海外的曾经的成功品牌比如说日系它在很多市场中能够做到六成左右的份额就是在海外的新兴市场因此呢对于中国重卡行业来讲的话出口的潜力仍然是非常大的我们认为呢远期看的话目前的体量至少有翻一倍的空间就是做到55万这样的一个体量因此其实这个长期的成长性是没有什么问题的 那么再看短期,也是我们昨天晚上刚刚出来的这个。 5月份的海关出口量这个是相对比较准的那么这个数字大家可 ...
