本报讯(记者刘苏雅)截至今年6月底,北京市有效发明专利量69.5万件,较2020年6月增长128.2% , 年均增长17.9%。国家知识产权局近日举行例行新闻发布会,介绍北京深化知识产权全环节改革、促进 首都高质量发展相关情况。 其中,多项"全国首个"工作树立了标杆。本市成立的全国首家知识产权领域联合型人民调解委员会,5 年间共受理调解案件7万余件;北京在全国首批开展数据知识产权试点,完成规则制定、登记实践、保 护案例、交易使用、资产入表等工作,推进登记证书在行政执法、司法审判中的运用;高标准完成全国 首批知识产权公共服务标准化城市建设试点任务,构建"市区两级联动、基层站点延伸"的多层级、全链 条知识产权公共服务体系。 依托深厚的专利积淀,本市以实施专利转化运用专项行动为主线,推进一批高价值专利实现产业化。 24.9万余件高校、科研机构、医疗卫生机构的存量专利得到盘活,已有16万余件进入可转化专利资源 库。专利产业化则持续促进中小企业成长,共培育专利产业化样板企业170家,整体纳入知识产权质押 融资"白名单"。经过持续努力,今年上半年,本市专利转让许可次数同比增长7%。 一组数据,展现了本市"十四五"期间知识 ...
