某些方面我算专业,但我并没有沉淀出一套完整的方法论,没法给到标准化交付。也就导致,很多交付 只能停留在博主、媒体观察层面。 经常有人来找我聊点专业问题,有想请教传播,有想讨论公关危机,还有,拉着我聊产品体验。 但,跟我聊时,期待不一样: 有人把我当成作者,想听听写文章时分析、观点;有的把我当成专家,觉得,我能总结出一套行业逻 辑;也有一些部门说,要不你给我们做外脑吧,看看怎么合作? 这时,也常常一头雾水。 所以,最近我一直在研究:作者、专家、顾问,这三种角色到底有什么区别? 一 作者工作挺单纯。发现一个现象,拆一拆背后逻辑,用大家都能听懂的方式写出来。读者看完,点点 头:哦,原来这事还能这么理解。 作者好像一个解说员,像球赛里解说黄健翔那样:不一定能上场踢球,但能把场面讲得明明白白。 这不难懂吧? 外面教人怎么当创作者的内容应该蛮多。如何拿捏情绪,如何写出高冷的东西,还有人主打热点点评, 反正每个赛道都能孵出一批作者。 但问题也在这儿:作者最大价值是"解释世界"。老板、业务领导往往想要"解决世界"。什么算解决世 界?我该怎么办,这个业务问题有没有方法? 所以,如果手里没有一套方法论,没法给到落地的答案,那角色 ...
