每天开设1节体育课,大课间体育活动不少于30分钟,让每名学生掌握1至2项运动技能……曾经不 够受重视、常常被挤占的体育课和体育活动,如今在全国不少中小学扮演着越来越重要的角色。 比如,几十人同堂上课,许多体育项目的教学只能做到普及基础动作,很难帮助实现水平进阶。不 仅如此,因为害怕学生受伤,一些学校的体育活动往往"无难度、无强度、无对抗",运动效果不佳。 从实践看,在开齐、开足体育课之后,如何"开好"成为备受关注的新课题。 增强学生体质、促进身心健康,无疑是体育课最重要的目标。体育运动如果不达到一定的运动负 荷,就无法有效提高心肺功能、增强肌肉力量、促进骨骼生长、提升身体机能,很难谈得上助力学生强 身健体。"教会"是前提,除此之外还需要"勤练""常赛"。只有不断完善课程设计、适当提高运动强度, 增加"出汗"体育、"对抗"体育,"野蛮其体魄"的育人功效才能显现出来。 体育的"育",还在于"文明其精神",这同样有赖于适度提升训练难度和运动强度。诸如篮球、足球 之类的团队项目,只有在接近真实比赛的对抗中,学生才能真切体会竞技规则的意义和团队战术的奥 妙。简单的踢腿拉伸,松散的游戏打闹,无法让学生对体育规则和体育精神 ...
