多家银行重申:信用卡资金严禁流入股市

记者进一步梳理发现,进入8月以来,还有陕西省农村信用社联合社、云南省农村信用社联合社等先后 发布公告,明确信用卡资金不得用于投资股票、基金、期货等理财领域,不可在融资、担保、微贷、证 券等投资领域商户进行透支交易。随后,前述两大农信旗下的多家农商行也纷纷转发相关公告。 近段时间A股市场持续回暖,正激发投资者的热情。记者18日采访发现,进入8月以来,已有包括中国 民生银行、华夏银行等股份制商业银行在内的多家金融机构陆续发布公告,重申信用卡资金严禁流入股 市等投资领域。业内人士普遍认为,银行此举旨在强化风险提示,确保信用卡资金回归消费本源。 本月初,中国民生银行在其官网发布的一则《关于新增信用卡预借现金受控金额的公告》称,从9月18 日起,该行将信用卡预借现金转账业务纳入信用卡资金受控金额,并对该受控金额进行资金用途管理。 信用卡资金受控金额为转入该行借记卡内的信用卡透支资金,不得用于购房、投资、生产经营、归还贷 款及信用卡、博彩及其他违规领域。公告还强调,违规使用受控金额可能导致交易失败。 2天后,华夏银行信用卡中心也在官网发布有关更新《华夏银行信用卡预借现金条款及细则》的公告。 依据该公告,客户预借现金不得用 ...
