文 | 成都市经济和信息化局 9月18日,成都市经济和信息化局消息,成都市2024年储能项目运营补贴申报已经开启。此次 项目申报面向2023年以来新建投运的储能项目(抽水蓄能项目除外),且满足装机规模不低于 100kW、建成后年利用小时数不低于600小时的条件,独立储能项目按照年完全充放电次数不低 于250次执行。 当前,成都正鼓励和引导储能发展应用,助力电力系统顶峰、调峰、应急备用。在补贴标准上, 具体将按照储能设施 每年实际放电量,给予0.3元/千瓦时运营补贴 ,装机规模5万千瓦以下 的,单个项目年度最高补贴为500万元;装机规模5万千瓦(含)至10万千瓦以下的,单个项目 年度最高补贴为800万元;装机规模10万千瓦(含)以上的,单个项目年度最高补贴为1000万 元。 据了解,此次进行申报的储能系统及辅助设施应具备远程运行数据传输和接受远程调控的功能, 接入到新型电力负荷管理系统;储能项目须符合国家有关规范、标准等规定,且符合相关接入电 网的技术要求。储能项目业主企业主动对接供电公司核实后,可在10月15日前自行登录成都 市"天府蓉易享"平台进行申报。 成都市经济和信息化局关于开展2024年储能项目运营补 ...
