新华社重庆6月19日电(记者魏冠宇)我国首次实现工程硕博士有组织、成建制、大规模校企联合 培养。这是记者从6月17日在重庆举办的卓越工程师培养现场交流推进会上了解到的。 近三年来,中组部等9部委深入实施工程硕博士改革。教育部学位管理与研究生教育司负责人介 绍,目前60多所高校、100多家企业已联合招生2万多名工程硕博士,教育部、国务院国资委布局建设40 家国家卓越工程师学院,在北京、上海、粤港澳大湾区布局4家国家卓越工程师创新研究院。 截至今年5月底,首届工程硕博士专项2100多名硕士生中已有92%落实毕业去向,其中在实践企业 或本领域相近企业就业达70%,精准服务国家战略。 下一步,卓越工程师培养模式将更加常态化,向所有工程类专业学位推广、向所有专业学位研究生 推广,以卓越工程师培养模式改革助力高等工程教育范式变革。 "目前我们选配的企业导师库有600余人,都是高级以上职称,集团首席科学家和首席专家占导师库 20%以上。"中国电科集团组织人事部副主任王笑非介绍,"具备丰富实践经验的企业导师,能指导学生 更好参与实际工程项目。" 可凭借实践成果答辩获得学位,是工程硕博士学位评价改革领域的新突破。 今年起实施的 ...
