(来源:千龙网) 2月4日立春当天,北京市西城区月坛街道老居民刘桂兰收到了盼望已久的"礼物"——自家新房的钥匙和 房本。从搬离月坛街道三里河一区28号楼到重回新家,刘阿姨和其他53户邻居只用了不到半年时间。 近50年老楼毛病不少 三里河一区28号楼是一栋建于20世纪70年代的老楼。1978年,新婚不久的刘桂兰跟随丈夫来到了崭新的 婚房,一住就是四十多年。当年的小两口变成了老两口,新房也成了老旧危房,毛病越来越多。 墙体开裂沙化、基础设施严重老化、上下水管跑冒滴漏常年得不到有效解决;家里没有客厅,每次来客 人,只能请到老两口的卧室相谈;更别提有的户型厕所挡在厨房和起居室当中,做完饭端出来,得先经 过卫生间门口。最让54户老居民头疼的,还是没有电梯,出门不方便。 2023年,28号楼被纳入北京市危旧楼改建范围,老街坊们盼着,改造提升的一天早点到来。 审批流程并联推动 她透露,在征得40多户居民同意之后,工作组就启动了前期的手续,准备了所有审批需要的材料、倒排 了大概时间,和签约并联进行,到54户居民全部签约时,所有需要审批的材料已经准备齐全。 同时,该项目还全面推行了立项用地、工程审批全链条"全程网办",实现了2 ...
