新京报讯(记者叶红梅)近日,北京市人力资源和社会保障局印发《扩大家政服务人员有效供给三年行 动方案(2025-2027年)》,从畅通家政劳务输转渠道、健全家政服务培训机制等5个方面提出12条具体 举措,力争到2027年培育30家左右家政劳务品牌,打造3万名专业技能好、服务品质高、群众认可的家 政服务人员队伍。 北京市人社局相关负责人介绍,为畅通外来家政人员输入渠道,北京市将通过建立家政企业联系制度、 精准开展家政劳务对接等举措,保障家政服务人员供给。2025年全市联系企业将达到100家,每年对接 引导1万名家政服务人员来京就业,同时将绘制北京市家政劳务输入地图,力争到2027年建立起政府、 行业组织、企业等多元化的家政劳务协作体系,形成稳定的家政劳务输入渠道。 同时,为提高家政人员服务技能水平,北京市将通过开展家政服务专项职业能力考核、引导京内外培训 资源前置培训等举措,调动家政企业和家政服务人员培训的积极性,2025年推动实现培训评价1万人 次,对接一批符合职业技能标准的外来家政服务人员来京直接上岗。 记者注意到,近年来,"河北福嫂""吕梁山护工"等知名劳务品牌获得了家政市场的青睐。北京将通过研 究制定北京 ...
