近日,新疆东天山南麓资源能源富集区(哈密市)历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复示范工程项目正式开 工。 哈密市自然资源局有关负责人表示,项目实施后将显著改善区域生态环境、增强水土保持能力、提 升土地资源价值,对筑牢东天山南麓生态屏障、保障国家能源通道安全、促进可持续发展具有重要意 义。 据悉,该工程项目区地处东天山南麓、吐哈盆地东缘,以"抚育山区、优化绿洲、稳定荒漠"为主 线,划分3个分区11个子项目。计划用三年时间,以地貌重塑、土壤重构、植被重建等举措,完成202个 历史遗留废弃矿山系统修复,生态修复总面积2217.33公顷,可消除地质安全隐患51处、修复边坡276.2 公顷;退化草地修复面积889.46公顷、新增草地面积43.66公顷;土地荒漠化治理面积1229.63公顷,新 增工业用地23.43公顷。 2025年5月,新疆东天山南麓资源能源富集区(哈密市)、西天山伊犁河谷生态区等两个历史遗留 废弃矿山生态修复示范工程项目入选2025年国家历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复示范项目支持范围,总投资 10.62亿元,其中中央资金支持6亿元,地方配套资金4.62亿元。 ...
