2025年2月,一篇反映海陵区城中街道某工作人员贪污受贿的帖文在当地某知名论坛多次出现,并在网 络上持续发酵。得知这一情况后,该区纪委监委迅速介入,赴当事人所在单位,对工作台账、财务账册 等资料进行核查,并与当事人"面对面"沟通交流,调查发现事实与网帖反映不符,其后当事人选择报 警。随即,公安机关找到发帖人翟某,经谈话教育,翟某很快承认所发帖文均属捏造,系其为博取眼 球、赚取流量而发布。 真相查清后,公安机关随即依法对翟某给予治安处罚。与此同时,该区纪委监委迅速还原事实真相,开 展澄清正名工作,组织人员与当事人展开深入对话,开展情绪疏导,引导其卸下"思想包袱",继续投身 干事创业的热潮中。 以上是该区纪委监委常态化开展澄清正名和打击诬告陷害工作的一个缩影。基层干部身处群众工作的第 一线、服务群众的最前沿,每天需要面对、解决群众各式各样的矛盾与诉求,如果一些失实举报乃至陷 害诬告不能及时调查清楚,不仅会影响基层干部的个人心理和生活,让其"寒心""泄气",更会影响党群 关系、干群关系。 对此,该区纪委监委秉持"为干事者撑腰,向诬告者亮剑"理念,积极构建"3+3"惩治诬告陷害联动处置 机制,通过联合公安、信访等部门 ...
