东二飞启用机务维修电子工卡系统 通航领域首家获局方认证
《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者钱擘 通讯员康力、梅江林 报道:交通运输部东海第二救助飞行队 (以下简称"东二飞")机务维修电子工卡系统,日前通过了民航厦门监管局关于《民航维修电子记录和 电子手册使用规范》法规符合性的审查认证,正式启用;救捞系统机务维修工作开始迈入电签时代,东 二飞也成为国内通航领域首家获得监管部门认证、正式启用电子工卡系统的维修单位。 在正式启用前,系统在试运行中,已经对900余份定检工卡、50份非例行工卡、12份工程指令及1200余 份航线维护工卡进行测试,共发现并完善37 项功能相关运行机制。 此次系统的启用,是东二飞为落实东海救助局现代化专业应急救助体系建设要求,所开展的探索。在前 期的工作中,东二飞通过研究分析救助直升机维修运行特点,研判认为,以往的维修过程管理主要依靠 人员经验,效率较低且易存在"错忘漏"的隐患,难以实现管理标准化、维修数据分类汇总与动态追踪。 为此,东二飞以维修工卡全流程线上闭环管理目标,组织技术骨干,自2023年开始持续推进机务维修电 子工卡系统搭建的前期基础研究工作。 随着顺利通过法规符合性审查、正式启用,该系统将助力保障东二飞的维修业务,也为相关通航单位提 ...
