驰诚股份拟向子公司增资375万元

(文章来源:证券日报) 本报讯 2月3日,河南驰诚电气股份有限公司(以下简称"驰诚股份")公告称,为贯彻公司战略发展规 划、提升业务发展需要,公司拟使用自有资金向控股子公司深圳市艾智物联有限公司(以下简称"艾智 物联")增资375万元。 公开资料显示,驰诚股份依托智能传感技术、专注于气体环境安全监测产品及其系统研发、制造与销 售,主要产品包括气体环境安全监测领域的智能仪器仪表、报警控制系统及配套、智能传感器。 驰诚股份表示,本次增资是基于公司战略发展规划、从长远利益出发作出的慎重决策,投资资金主要用 于控股子公司后续业务发展。 公告显示,增资完成后,艾智物联注册资本将由500万元变更为1000万元,公司仍持有其75%股权,艾 智物联仍为公司的控股子公司。 艾智物联经营范围包括智能控制系统集成、信息系统集成服务、物联网技术研发、物联网应用服务、智 能机器人的研发等。 艾智物联本次新增股份500万股,认购价格为1元/股,定价综合考虑了艾智物联的资产状况、经营状况 预期等市场因素,由现有股东同比例以现金认购。增资完成后,各股东持股比例保持不变。 ...
