10月14日，山东省人民政府新闻办公室在山东省林草种质资源中心举行新闻发布会，邀请省自然资源厅主要负责同志介绍山东加强林草种质资源保护利 用，助力美丽山东建设情况。 省自然资源厅党组书记、厅长，省林业局局长赵晓晖介绍，林草种质资源是木本、草本植物的遗传物质，是林业高质量发展的"芯片"，事关国家粮食安 全、生物安全、生态安全。山东统筹实施林草种质资源调查、收集、保护与利用，取得显著成效。 摸清全省林草种质资源"绿色家底" 山东属于暖温带半湿润季风气候，地形地貌以山地丘陵为骨架、平原湖泊交错环列其间。胶东地区气候温和湿润、地形复杂多样，林草种质资源较为丰 富；鲁中、鲁东南地区以山地丘陵为主，海拔落差大，林草种质资源抗逆性强、特色种类较多；鲁西南、鲁西北地区以冲积平原为主，气候偏干旱，林草 种质资源以耐盐碱、耐贫瘠种类为主。 2011-2014年，山东以木本植物为主要调查对象，开展了全省域林木种质资源调查；2020-2025年，又部署了以草本植物为主的林草种质资源普查。通过两 轮系统调查，山东林草种质资源的种类、分布等"家底"基本查清。从调查数据看，山东现有林草种质资源2736种，其中草本植物1784种、林木952 ...

历经两轮系统调查，山东林草种质资源"家底"基本查清 保护和发展林草种质资源，摸清"家底"是关键一环。早在2011-2014年，我省就以木本植物为主要 调查对象，开展了全省域林木种质资源调查；2020-2025年，又部署了以草本植物为主的林草种质资源 普查。历经多年艰苦努力和两轮系统调查，山东林草种质资源的种类、分布等"家底"基本查清。从调查 数据看，我省现有林草种质资源2736种，其中草本植物1784种、林木952种，较1990年出版的《山东植 物志》新增740种。近期刚完成的普查发现山东新记录种71种（原野菟丝子、火媒草、光头稗等），其 中包括中国大陆新记录种1种（疏花佛甲草，主要分布于日本、中国台湾，在威海市龙须岛发现），中 国新记录种1种（密头飞廉，主要分布于欧洲，中亚和北美洲，在威海市刘公岛发现）。 种质资源保存分为原地保存、异地保存、设施保存三种方式，其中设施保存稳定性最高、效果最 好。从全球范围看，建设种质资源库是各国应对生物危机、维护生物多样性的通行做法。在国内，我省 林草种质资源保护工作起步较早、起点较高，2021年省委、省政府决策设立省林草种质资源中心，建成 了国家林草种质资源设施保存库山东 ...
