《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者钱擘 通讯员解放、徐晗璟 报道:为进一步提升旅客出行体验,彰显 人文关怀与精细化管理水平,上海虹桥机场日前正式发布《虹桥机场航站楼精品卫生间规划建设及运行 管理要求》(以下简称《要求》)。 围绕旅客实际使用场景,《要求》强化感官体验与人文关怀设计,提出温度、湿度、声光等环境要求; 进一步完善无障碍与第三卫生间配置,明确抓杆安装工法及无障碍洗手池容膝空间;同时细化应急响应 流程,对报警、断电、遗失物品处理等场景作出明确规范。《要求》通过细节提升,将"以人为本"的服 务理念体现在每一个操作环节。 《要求》的实施是虹桥机场推进"精品机场"建设的关键举措。近年来,上海虹桥机场稳步推进标准化管 理体系建设。机场于2024年完成制度框架搭建后,在2025年聚焦运行安全、服务品质、管理效率三大方 向,持续推进示范性标准制定,《虹桥机场一线岗位班前会要求》、《航站楼普通卫生间运行管理要 求》、《航站区施工管理手册》等标准正同步编制中。下一步,虹桥机场还将组织标准培训与应用评 估,并计划在成熟后进行推广,力争形成团体标准或行业标准,为民航服务品质提升贡献"虹桥智慧"。 (编辑:许浩存 校对:陈虹 ...
