新华社拉萨11月18日电(周昱龙、普布次仁)记者11月18日从西藏自治区气象局获悉,西藏自治区成立 60年来,气象现代化建设取得显著成就,目前全区气象预警公众覆盖率达92.02%,预警信息发布综合 人口覆盖率达98.74%。 西藏自治区气象局党组书记向毓意介绍,全区地面气象站数量已由1965年的23个增至1284个,平均站间 距由228公里缩短至30.57公里,实现乡镇全覆盖;累计建成33部天气雷达,人口覆盖率达73.7%,接收 风云、高分等20颗卫星数据,在多次重大天气过程的监测预警中发挥关键作用。 "西藏自治区气象部门坚持以科技创新为引领,预报预警能力持续提升。"向毓意介绍,目前晴雨预报准 确率达81.64%,自主研发的暴雪预警模型可提前5小时发布预警,准确率达88.7%,短临灾害性天气预 警提前量增至39分钟。 (文章来源:新华社) ...
