Domestic News - The National Forestry and Grassland Administration and the National Energy Administration issued a notice supporting the scientific layout of wind farm projects, clarifying requirements for project upgrades and the use of forest and grassland [3]. - The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released a draft for the "Industrial Water Conservation Management Measures," encouraging industrial enterprises with annual water usage exceeding 100,000 cubic meters to appoint water managers [3]. - During the Spring Festival, the Ministry of Transport announced measures to optimize charging services for new energy vehicles, including the installation of mobile emergency charging equipment [3].
