西居延海五年来首度进水

记者从内蒙古自治区水利厅获悉,近日,阿拉善盟额济纳旗西居延海近5年来首度进水,湖盆区域 绿水充盈,再现生机。 居延海是我国第二大内陆河黑河的尾闾湖。发源于祁连山深处的黑河,流经青海、甘肃和内蒙古汇 入巴丹吉林沙漠西北缘两片戈壁洼地,形成东居延海和西居延海两大湖泊,素有"大漠双璧"之称。自古 以来,居延海就是汉代屯垦戍边的"塞上水仓",是古丝绸之路上的重要补给站。 近年来,为有效应对黑河来水持续偏枯、天然林草地灌溉压力较大等情况,内蒙古水利部门持续加 大与黄河水利委员会黑河流域管理局、黑河中上游地区沟通协调力度,积极争取水量调度指标,严格执 行《额济纳旗生态水量调度方案》,采取"集中水量、分区轮灌"等调度措施,精准实施水量动态调度, 尽最大努力管好用好进入额济纳绿洲的有限水资源。9月2日,黑河干流2024—2025年度9—11月上旬水 量调度工作开始,实施"全线闭口、集中下泄"调水措施,采取9月、10月连调的方式向下游额济纳地区 输水。自2024年11月至2025年9月,黑河下游分支西河全线过流3次,累计来水量1.8亿立方米,灌溉沿 河及西居延海周边天然林草地6.91万亩,西居延海湖盆区域巴格淖尔水域面积达4. ...
