人民日报北京2月9日电 记者从水利部获悉:为填补水资源调查监测评价制度中泉对象的空白,2025 年,水利部完成首次全国泉水调查监测工作,编制完成全国泉水调查监测工作报告,泉水调查监测工作 顺利开局。 泉是地下水的天然露头,是衡量区域水生态系统健康的表征因子之一。近年来,全国多地断流泉眼复 涌,地下水超采综合治理成效明显,河湖生态环境得到明显改善。在2023年开展泉水调查监测摸底调研 的基础上,2025年,水利部强化组织领导、编制技术要求、落实任务分工,组织了对全国泉水、坎儿井 和地下暗河的野外调查,选取463处泉水、坎儿井、地下暗河列入调查名录,开展了流量、水温、pH 值、浊度、色度、电导率等指标监测,为加强泉水可持续保护与管理奠定了工作基础。下一步,水利部 将抓紧研究建立健全泉的调查监测评价制度,加快完善泉水泉域监测站网,推进泉水调查监测转入常态 化。(记者王浩) ...
