山东省政府网站12月5日发布《山东省人民政府关于〈滨州港套尔河港区总体规划(2035年)〉的批复》。 山东省人民政府 关于《滨州港套尔河港区总体规划(2035年)》的批复 鲁政字〔2025〕182号 滨州市人民政府: 你市《关于修订〈滨州港套尔河港区总体规划(2015-2030年)〉的请示》(滨政呈〔2024〕7号)收悉。根据《中华人民共和国港口法》等有关规定,经商交 通运输部同意,现批复如下。 二、原则同意港口岸线利用规划方案。套尔河两岸共规划港口岸线37.18千米,其中规划期岸线30.51千米,预留岸线6.67千米。 三、原则同意港区各作业区划分和功能定位。 (一)无棣作业区。以散杂货和液体散货运输为主,积极拓展集装箱货物运输,主要服务于无棣和北海经济开发区临港产业发展。规划为近期重点开发建设 的作业区。 (二)北海作业区。以散杂货和液体散货运输为主,主要服务于无棣和北海经济开发区临港产业发展。规划为近期适时起步、远期重点开发建设的作业区。 (三)沾化作业区。以散杂货运输为主,积极拓展集装箱货物运输,主要服务于沾化临港产业发展。规划为近期重点开发建设的作业区。 (四)滨海作业区。以散杂货和液体散货运输为主 ...
