"近年来,国际航运巨头纷纷制定减碳目标,全球以LNG燃料为动力的船舶越来越多,深圳港航线密 集,绿色清洁燃料加注需求持续走高,但深圳现有保税资源点无法满足快速增长的加注业务需求。探索 从珠海LNG接收站装取保税LNG,并跨关区运输至深圳港口开展保税LNG加注业务,是我们的迫切需 求!"中海油(深圳)国际船舶清洁能源有限公司法定代表人叶荻表示。 自2022年11月22日完成首船加注业务以来,大鹏海关已监管服务LNG加注117船次,累计监管加注26.27 万吨,接连完成国内首次"一港双船"同时加注、国内首单跨境保税LNG加注、深圳水域首次移泊加注等 探索。 "此次加注有效发挥珠海LNG仓储资源和深圳航运资源的互补优势。结合LNG跨关区运输的特点,我们 与拱北海关建立专项监管联系配合办法,确保两地海关直供出库、途中监管、加注核销等业务环节衔接 紧密,同时依托船舶轨迹跟踪、视频监控、流量计或者液位仪计量监控等手段提升监管效能,实现港区 内船对船加注高效安全作业。"大鹏海关船舶监管一科科长张宁介绍。据统计,今年1至4月,大鹏海关 监管服务9.57万吨船舶LNG加注,同比增长316.09%。 【深圳商报讯】(记者罗凯燕) ...
