据网信中国消息,中央网信办近日发文称,按照2025年"清朗"系列专项行动总体安排,中央网 信办决定即日起,在全国范围内启动为期2个月的"清朗·优化营商网络环境—整治涉企网络'黑 嘴'"专项行动。 专项行动聚焦网络"黑嘴"伤企乱象,重点整治四类突出问题。 (一)恶意抹黑诋毁攻击企业问题 1.诋毁攻击企业产品质量、经营状况,捏造虚假信息抹黑企业声誉,对企业进行恶意投诉。 2.组织、操纵"网络水军""黑公关",联动发布涉企负面信息,恶意攻击企业或企业家。 3.开展以商养测、以测养商、商测结合的虚假不实测评。涂抹恶搞企业标识,侮辱贬损企业形象。 (二)对企业进行敲诈勒索问题 1.发布涉企负面信息后,以"删帖""撤稿"等名义,向企业索取"删稿费""公关费"。 2.利用自身话语权和影响力,以"舆论监督""新闻监督"等名义,要挟企业提供"保护费"。 3.在企业新品发布、上市、融资等重要时间节点,发布涉企虚假不实信息或负面信息,胁迫企业开展商务合 作。 (三)恶意营销炒作问题 中央网信办旨在通过开展专项行动,集中整治网络"黑嘴"伤企乱象,督促网站平台健全涉企信息内容管理机 制,提升涉企网络侵权举报工作质效,着力维护企业和企业 ...
