甘其毛都首批边民“互市证”发放

(来源:内蒙古日报) 转自:内蒙古日报 乌拉特中旗外事办主任、商务局局长翟玮表示,"互市证"管理严格遵循"合法合规、便民高效、协同监 管"原则,既提升了贸易便利化水平,也筑牢了规范化监管防线。此举旨在为甘其毛都口岸边民互市贸 易区运营做准备,贸易区启动后,边民可持"互市证"进入互贸区,不出境开展中蒙日用消费品、农畜产 品等小额商品交易。 中方边民申请"互市证"时,需携带本人身份证、户籍或常住证明、从事边贸活动佐证材料, 以及一寸 白底免冠照片,到乌拉特中旗政务服务中心窗口提交备案,并填写《边民互市贸易身份备案申请表》。 材料经商务、海关等部门核验通过后,纳入边民互市贸易备案名录。 据悉,"互市证"不仅为边民开辟稳定增收渠道,激活边境民间贸易,还将深化中蒙两国在"一带一 路"与"草原之路"框架下的务实合作,为探索"互市贸易+二级市场+落地加工"的产业发展新业态奠定坚 实基础。此外,乌拉特中旗还将上线"互联网+边民互市"线上申报系统,通过数字化手段简化审批流 程,实现服务下沉与效率提升。 本报巴彦淖尔1月7日电 (记者 薛来)1月7日,记者从巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗商务局获悉,甘其毛都口 岸首批"互市证"正式发放,1 ...
