凯德投资探路轻资产拓展模式 在中国市场新发布两款新品牌

近日,凯德投资基于对商业趋势的深度洞察,新推出"来福士·界"和"凯德壹中心"两大商业地产新 品牌。 12月8日在以"多元新界"为主题的凯德投资(中国)商业新品牌发布会上,凯德投资(中国)商业 管理董事总经理及负责人卢志昇表示:"中国消费市场正在经历深刻的结构性转变,新消费观将重塑商 业生态。作为城市多元空间运营商,凯德希望以消费者需求为思考原点,打破边界,让城市空间成为承 载消费者情绪、兴趣并且能主动参与的生活场。" 记者了解到,"来福士·界"定位城市级综合体,面向中高收入、追求生活品质的消费者;"凯德壹中 心"定位区域级购物中心,覆盖周边3—5公里的新中产家庭及白领客群。 凯德投资相关负责人认为,随着中国商业地产迈入存量时代,低效资产盘活、释放资产价值将成为 新的需求爆发点。因此近年来凯德商管业务开始以输出管理推动规模化发展,此次推出的新品牌或将成 为未来的新增长引擎。 除了集团体系内资产,凯德投资目前已在长沙、武汉、宁波、无锡等城市外拓7个管理输出项目。 其中,长沙的碧湘楚巷、武汉的壹为邻、宁波的新一中心三个项目预计将于2026年面市。此外,在上 海、江浙、中西区、大湾区等地也有更多项目正在积极推进中,涵 ...
