北京商报讯（记者 岳品瑜 董晗萱）7月29日，中国人民银行北京市分行、国家外汇管理局北京市分局举 行2025年第三季度新闻发布会，重点围绕2025年上半年北京市金融统计数据、做好金融"五篇大文章"、 经理国库40周年、推进跨境贸易高水平开放试点等工作介绍政策落实情况和工作成效。 据介绍，5月9日，人民银行设立服务消费与养老再贷款，激励引导金融机构加大对住宿餐饮、文体娱 乐、旅游、教育、居民服务等服务消费重点领域和养老产业的金融支持。截至6月末，辖内银行发放符 合政策支持的服务消费重点领域和养老产业贷款80.4亿元，贷款加权平均利率在3%左右（低于一般贷 款加权平均利率3.29%和普惠小微贷款加权平均利率3.8%），支持市场主体近3000户。其中，住宿餐 饮、文体娱乐、教育、居民服务、旅游等五大服务消费重点领域新发放贷款分别为12.5亿元、27.4亿 元、4.3亿元、12.9亿元、4.9亿元；新发放养老产业贷款18.4亿元。 ...
