黄河下游防洪工程于2025年8月通过竣工验收并投入运用。黄河下游防洪工程是黄河流域防洪体系的重 要组成部分,也是国务院明确的172项节水供水重大水利工程之一。工程总投资66.99亿元,涉及黄河干 流河南省洛阳市孟津区至山东省东营市垦利区共14个市47个县(区),治理范围共计820公里,主要建 设任务包括加固堤防、改建加固险工及建设堤顶道路等。工程建成后,将提高黄河堤防整体抗洪能力, 进一步提升险工和控导工程坝垛、护岸强度,有效提高抵御洪水冲刷和控导河势能力。 2025年11月4日,国家水网骨干工程东庄水利枢纽工程正式下闸蓄水。作为黄河流域水沙调控体系中的 关键一环,东庄水利枢纽工程致力于解决渭河长久以来的"水沙异源"问题。工程位于陕西省咸阳市泾河 下游峡谷末端,混凝土双曲拱坝最大坝高230米,总库容32.76亿立方米,年总供水量4.35亿立方米。工 程建成后,将成为陕西库容最大、坝高最高的水利工程,50年内预计减少入渭泥沙30亿吨、入黄泥沙25 亿吨。此外,通过拦蓄洪水、调水调沙,可有效提高泾河下游防洪标准,保障西安、咸阳、渭南3个市9 个县(区)近150万人和80万亩耕地的防洪安全,全面改善渭北"旱腰带"地 ...
