（来源：黑龙江日报） 转自：黑龙江日报 收鱼现场。沈哲摄 □宋倬 "来了！" 不知道谁一嗓子，让原本围坐在炕头上闲聊的人们瞬间一静，"呼啦"一下子又跑了个精光。院墙外，渔 民送鱼车还没停稳，十几号人一拥而上，挑鱼、称重、装袋、记账……动作行云流水、一气呵成。片刻 工夫，新鲜鱼获便被"洗劫一空"。 这鱼，为啥这么抢手？ 日前，笔者跟随兴凯湖农场瑞凯渔业公司总经理朱义民，来到27居民委捕鱼队，亲历了这场让人热血沸 腾的收鱼现场。 "三斤以上的'大白'最抢手，其次是'二白'，还有'大三'、'小三'、'大眼'，每一种规格都明码标价，手慢 一点，连鱼影都见不着！"刚刚"抢"到两条三斤以上"大白"的朱义民，拍了拍脚边的战利品，嘴角的笑 意怎么也压不住。 作为中国四大淡水名鱼之一、国家地理标志保护产品，兴凯湖大白鱼是这里的"金字招牌"。冬捕季以 来，这种争抢场面，成为朱义民工作的日常。 灶台支在鱼堆里，直播炖出"烟火气" 趁着送鱼间隙，朱义民没闲着。他在现场支起简易灶台，开启了一场"沉浸式"吃播。 生火、热油，姜片、葱段在锅里爆出香味，加水、下鱼。不需要复杂的调料，只用简单的盐巴调味，盖 上锅盖慢炖。不一会儿，"咕嘟咕嘟" ...
