9月30日,记者从省测绘地理信息局获悉:近日,自然资源部、国家数据局联合公布2025年实景三 维数据赋能高质量发展创新应用典型案例评选结果,我省推荐的"实景三维赋能陕西省淤地坝综合治 理""实景三维助力陕西省黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展"2个案例成功入选。 "实景三维赋能陕西省淤地坝综合治理"以高精度的数字高程模型和亚米级高分辨率影像数据为地形 级实景三维地理场景底座,辅以国土变更调查成果,开展三维场景下的坝体、附属设施、淤积范围等淤 地坝基础数据的采集处理,实现已淤库容、剩余库容、坝顶高程、淤积高程、坝控范围等指标的计算分 析、三维展示、规划选址、监测更新等全生命周期管理,现已在全省9374座中型以上淤地坝"一坝一 策"管理中发挥重要的数据基础和平台支撑作用。 "实景三维助力陕西省黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展"以卫星遥感、无人机航测、三维激光扫描、 多波束水下测量等多元技术融合,构建起多层级、多尺度的实景三维数据底座,并结合生态资源、经济 社会、业务管理等核心数据库关联,形成"空—天—地—水—网"一体化监管体系,实现多源数据从省级 到市、县(市、区)、镇的全网络覆盖以及督察督办业务与实际问题场景的深度关联, ...
