河南:对符合条件的优秀剧本,一次性给予版权方最高不超30万元奖励
人民财讯12月19日电,12月19日,河南省政府办公厅发布《河南省支持微短剧产业高质量发展若干政策 措施》(简称《措施》),从扶持内容创作传播、完善提升产业链条等方面提出15条举措,推动河南微短 剧产业高质量发展,打造在全国具有影响力、竞争力的微短剧产业高地。《措施》提到,奖励优秀剧本 创作。依托文联和出版社等,激发作家群体参与微短剧创作积极性,建立精品微短剧剧本库,每年补助 扶持若干正在创作或即将进入实质性创作阶段的微短剧作品。建立河南省优秀网络小说储备库,搭建中 原网文IP版权、改编权孵化平台,推动网络文学专业化、体系化开发。对新入选广电总局网络视听节目 精品创作传播工程、原创网络视听节目征集展播、网络视听节目年度推优、"微短剧+"行动计划推荐剧 目等的优秀剧本,一次性给予剧本版权方最高不超过30万元奖励,同一剧本仅受理一家单位申报。 ...
