12月26日,渝黔背靠背联网工程在重庆开工建设。该工程建成后将加强国家电网和南方电网的互联互 通,提高重庆市与贵州省两地的电力互济能力,为区域经济社会发展提供安全可靠的电力保障。 而该换流站也是国网重庆市电力公司首次建设管理的柔性直流背靠背换流站,相较于常规直流换流站, 柔直背靠背换流站能够独立、快速地控制有功和无功功率,具备灵活控制潮流动向的功能,其故障应急 支撑能力更强,有利于进一步增强电网稳定性。 "十四五"以来,随着成渝地区双城经济圈建设的不断推进,川渝两地用电需求高速增长,预计到2030 年,贵州、重庆最大用电负荷将达到约5600万千瓦、5170万千瓦,较2024年分别增长62.3%和54.3%。 渝黔背靠背联网工程建成后将进一步强化国家电网和南方电网的互联,助力重庆、贵州两地的电力互 济,满足两地"十五五"期间社会用电需求量的增长,提升新能源消纳能力与事故支援水平,为区域经济 社会高质量发展提供坚实电力保障。 同时,该工程将积极助推国家能源战略落地,增强新能源联合消纳能力,促进全国能源资源大范围优化 配置。 渝黔背靠背联网工程是国家"十四五"电力发展规划重点项目。该工程将在重庆市綦江区建设中国西南 ...
