央视网消息:记者9月10日从水利部了解到,"十四五"期间,我国加快构建具有预报、预警、预演、预案功能的数字孪生水利体系,赋能 水利治理管理取得积极成效。 水利部信息中心主任付静称:"到目前我们全国基本形成31颗遥感卫星、4000余架无人机、100余座水利测雨雷达,还有13.3万座地面的水 文监测报讯站设施、30余万处水利工程安全监测点,这样的一个'天空地水工'一体化监测感知系统。" 在流域防洪方面,"十四五"期间,我国推进七大流域防洪"四预"能力建设,为成功抵御流域性洪水提供了有力支撑。 黄河水利委员会国科局副局长司权称:"将原型黄河与数字孪生黄河模拟的物理参数及模型黄河的实验结果相互对比检测,建设黄河水旱 灾害防御系统。" 通过提升模型研发应用水平,目前,我国已研发"云—雨"降水预报模型、分式洪水预报模型、水动力学洪水传导演进模型,进一步延长洪 水预见期、提高预报精准度。 "十四五"期间,我国不断完善监测感知体系,通过"水利一号"及组网的多颗遥感卫星,全天候监测汛旱凌情,无人机搭载红外相机、激光 雷达等,对堤坝渗漏、管涌等问题进行外检测,机器狗、机器人等应用于工程裂缝、渗漏等异常情况排查。 ...
