近日,国家安全防护用纺织品质量检验检测中心正式获国家市场监督管理总局批准,依托山东省产品 质量检验研究院在济南启动筹建。这是我国安全防护用纺织品领域首个国家级高端公共检测服务平 台,将全面服务我国产业升级、劳动者安全保障及国家应急能力建设,具有重要的战略意义。 目前,中心已自主研发了防电弧面料、成衣、手套及相关装备检测平台,作为国内首家、全球第三 家,已入选国家市场监管总局检验检测促进产业优化升级行动首批重点项目,并顺利通过验收。平台 检测数据权威可靠,在ASTM标准盲样测试中,关键数据与加拿大、西班牙实验室的一致性达到 100%。建设的国内领先的燃烧假人轰燃实验室,具备假人移动、旋转及超长暴露时间等动态测试能 力,可精准识别<5%的烧伤面积,为模拟真实火场环境、引领防护标准升级提供了先进技术储备。 筹建期间,中心将重点投入直流燃弧测试系统、微波辐射防护屏蔽效能仿真测试系统、化学防护服渗 透性能测试仪等先进设备,构建多场景、高精度的模拟测试环境。建成后,对防电弧服、阻燃服、防 静电服、森林防火服等41类重点产品的关键项目检测覆盖率将超过90%,有效解决部分高性能产品检 测长期依赖国外的堵点与痛点。 同时,中心 ...
