央视网消息:随着国庆中秋假期的临近,多地组织开展多种形式的实景演练,演练有针对性的增强高层火灾、水域救援等应急救 援能力,为假期安全保驾护航。 在湖北武汉,石油化工灾害事故灭火救援跨区域综合实战演练举行。演练假设公司炼油厂区储运部新汽油罐区的储罐发生油体泄 漏,引发燃烧,武汉消防联动公安、应急、环保等部门快速展开处置。针对石油化工灾害事故燃烧速度快、毒气危害大、爆炸风险高 等特点,综合运用"无人机+机器狗",形成"空中+地面"立体侦查网络。 面对石化灾害中可能出现的流淌火、全液面火灾等复杂火情,演练采取了"抗溶泡沫+水雾"的立体灭火战法,从长江等天然水源 取水,远距离向火灾现场供水,形成水幕水带,稀释现场蒸汽,成功扑灭火势。 在山东潍坊,演练模拟大厦16层酒店一房间因旅客卧床吸烟引发火灾。涉事大厦发现火情后,迅速组织人员疏散和自救,消防接 警后快速调度多方力量增援。举高消防车到达现场后,迅速展开,营救被困人员。同时多名消防员身背空气呼吸器进入大厦,逐层搜 救。灭火无人机和举高喷射车相互配合,对起火楼层展开立体压制,快速将火灾扑灭。 ...
