近日,走进位于安徽省黄山市黄山区焦村镇汤家庄村的茶机大院,尽管早已不在茶季,空气中仍弥漫着 一丝清冽干燥的茶香。厂房内,杀青机、揉捻机、提香机等设备静静伫立,机身上还残留着茶季繁忙时 沾上的零星茶末。 "这个茶机大院在2022年时就开始建设,除了各种茶机器,还配备了保鲜冷藏库。"汤家庄村党总支书记 焦贵宝介绍,茶机大院建成后,有效提高了茶农收入,为茶农带来了实实在在的收益。今年茶季,汤家 庄村的茶机大院以高于市场均价10%至20%的价格收购茶鲜叶,依托自动化车间统一加工,通过对接企 业及经销商统一销售,收购本村茶农鲜叶超2.5万公斤,带动近120户农户,户均增收超3000元。 据了解,通过与强村公司、茶企、合作社等主体建立合作,茶机大院还建立了托管服务、订单生产等多 种形式的服务体系,提升了茶机社会化服务水平,带动村集体增收。 "今年,黄山区的茶机大院共增加村集体经济收入超百万元。"陈远志表示,村集体经济收入增加后,部 分收益还被用于乡村道路建设、茶山灌溉等惠民工程,进一步改善了农村生产生活条件。 此外,茶机大院还在社会化服务过程中,对防返贫监测户等低收入群众视情减收或免收服务费。在安排 务工时,茶机大院也会 ...
