Albert :当一次新的技术浪潮来临的时候,我觉得最重要的就是: 在行业早期的时候,相对清晰地看清楚中长期成功的关键要素是什么,然后长期去投入。 所以我一直在思考两个问题: 1)所谓的「AI 行业」的长期关键要素是什么? 2)因为 AI 的出现,各行各业的哪些长期关键要素会发生变化? 第一个问题还是要回到 AI 本身的性质上去。 我认为它的答案,也就是 AI 作为产品的性质是: 「通过数据,提升模型的交付能力,进而提升用户体验」。 它不是通过迭代服务,不是通过创造内容,也不是通过增加更多的软件功能,而是通过「数据」。 所以问题的关键其实在于:针对于你的业务场景,你怎么评估交付的质量?你怎么知道到底需要什么样的数据?不管是数据类型,还是数据规模… ...
