新版《国土空间规划城市体检评估规程》发布
新版《规程》更加关注人民群众的实际感受。将"15分钟社区生活圈"评估提级为各城市的必选动作,分 项对中小学、养老设施、文体设施、卫生服务设施、菜市场(生鲜超市)和足球场地等步行5分钟或15 分钟覆盖情况,以及通勤时间、人均公园绿地、自然文化遗产数量等开展定期体检评估,引导城市及时 补齐短板,促进各类设施供给充分、布局优化,努力为人民群众创造宜业、宜居、宜乐、宜游的良好环 境。 据悉,此次《规程》修订适应国土空间治理"数智化"转型需求,进一步强调数字化手段、智慧化方法运 用,优化指标填报方式,着力解决填报任务重和数据获取难、协调难、口径不统一等问题。自然资源部 提供专门开发的数字化工具,供有需要的地方选用,指标填报、计算、展示、分析等环节可全部在线完 成。同时,指标总数大幅精简,明确由自然资源部统一提供6成指标数据,地方只需填报4成指标,有效 为基层减负。(首席记者 阎炎) 据介绍,2021年6月,自然资源部印发行业标准《国土空间规划城市体检评估规程》,在全国确立国土 空间规划城市体检评估制度。党的二十大、党的二十届三中全会和近年中央经济工作会议,对城市工 作、国土空间治理等提出一系列新要求。为了贯彻落实党中央 ...
