新时代高校教育管理模式的破局与重构

□ 张宸宾 加强质量文化建设,为内涵式发展筑牢核心保障。质量文化的建设不只是完善制度规范,更要求高校从 被动应对外部评估,真正转向主动追求质量上的卓越。其一,制度与文化的协同并进是质量建设的基 础。质量文化的养成,离不开质量保障制度的建立、完善与运行。高校需搭建起健全的内部质量保障体 系,让质量标准贯穿人才培养的每一个环节。同时,要在教学质量监控、专业评估以及课程评价等方面 形成系统化、常态化的制度安排。其二,质量文化的深层转变在于价值认同和内化。高校需将质量理念 融入办学宗旨与发展规划,使其转化为全校师生共同的价值向往。在制定评估方案时,评价指标既要彰 显党和国家在新时代对高等教育的新期待,又要顺应高等教育普及化发展的新态势,将促进高校内涵式 发展作为质量文化建设的重要目标。 创新高校教育管理模式不但符合当代大学生的发展需求,还有利于高校教育事业的长远发展。面向未 来,高校应持续探索和创新更多的教育管理模式,使其能够更加顺畅地融入时代和国家发展的要求,为 高等教育事业的长期繁荣与发展作出积极贡献。 (作者单位:无锡学院) 党的二十大报告强调"加快建设高质量教育体系",对高校教育管理提出了新要求。传统高校教育 ...
