拱墅:文晖劳动监察中队 化解“忧薪事”

今年以来,文晖街道持续推进治理欠薪工作,从源头上预防化解劳资纠纷。截至7月底,文晖街道 劳动监察中队累计调解处理欠薪案件226件,涉及金额4009055.16元,对辖区766家用人单位开展主动监 察和上门普法服务。 不久前,文晖中队接到外来务工人员投诉,反映在某项目工作期间,遭遇了工资拖欠问题,14名工 人的辛苦钱迟迟未能拿到手。接到线索后,中队监察队员迅速行动,立即展开详细核查。调查发现,问 题的核心在于项目总包单位与分包单位之间存在的工程款结算争议。虽然涉事单位对欠薪事实本身予以 承认,但双方的经济纠纷使得外来务工人员工资支付陷入了僵局。 面对这一复杂局面,监察中队多次组织总包方、分包方进行调解沟通。调解过程中,监察队员认真 倾听各方诉求,注重厘清法律责任,反复宣讲国家保障农民工工资支付的各项法律法规和政策要求,强 调保障劳动者基本权益的底线不容触碰。经过不懈努力和多方协调,最终促使各方达成共识:由总包单 位先行垫付14名外来务工人员的工资,共计123880元。这一方案,既及时保障了外来务工人员的"血汗 钱"足额到位,解了他们的燃眉之急,也为后续各方妥善解决工程款纠纷创造了有利条件。为表达对文 晖街道劳动 ...
