为切实提升农村食品经营主体的食品安全意识和责任意识,近日,塔城市市场监督管理局在全市范围内 启动农村食品安全专项培训行动,通过"全覆盖、接地气、重实效"的培训模式,实现对农村食品生产经 营户的培训覆盖,为农村食品安全筑牢"防护墙"。 此次培训聚焦农村食品监管薄弱环节,针对农村商超、小餐饮、小作坊、小食杂店等经营主体,围绕食 品安全法律法规、食品采购索证索票、储存加工规范、餐饮具清洗消毒、食品安全事故应急处置等核心 内容展开。培训中,执法人员结合农村常见的过期食品销售、虚假宣传、加工操作不规范等典型案例, 深入浅出地讲解食品安全风险点及防范措施,引导经营者从"被动监管"向"主动合规"转变。 为确保培训"不漏一户、不少一人",塔城市市场监督管理局培训小组,深入全市7个乡镇,通过集中授 课、现场指导、发放宣传资料等形式开展"上门式"服务。在各乡镇培训现场,工作人员不仅通过PPT演 示和视频教学直观展示操作规范,还组织参训人员实地参观"食品安全示范店",现场学习台账建立、商 品陈列、卫生管理等实用技巧。据统计,此次培训累计举办专场活动7场次,覆盖各类食品经营主体700 余家,发放宣传手册、法律法规释义等资料800余份 ...
