据新华社电 记者11日获悉,工业和信息化部办公厅日前印发通知,进一步推进制造业中试平台体系化 布局,加强高水平中试平台建设。 中试是紧密连接创新链、技术链和产业链的关键环节,中试平台是科技成果转化为现实生产力的重要支 撑。《关于进一步加快制造业中试平台体系化布局和高水平建设的通知》(下称《通知》)提出,到 2027年年底,高水平中试平台力量进一步壮大,现代化中试平台体系基本建立,多主体参与、多领域布 局、多层次服务的全国制造业中试服务网络初步形成。 《通知》明确,按照"做强一批、激活一批、补齐一批"的推进思路,引导中试平台按照"储备中试平台 —工业和信息化部重点培育中试平台—国家级制造业中试平台"的路径向更高水平迈进;聚焦人工智 能、人形机器人等关系未来发展、关乎产业安全、中试供给紧缺的关键行业领域,各地工业和信息化主 管部门结合特色优势选择补齐领域,依托产学研用等主体布局建设中试平台。 《通知》要求,各方要加大资金、土地、人才等政策供给和资源支持;要遵循产业发展规律,坚持从实 际出发,推进中试平台布局建设,防止一哄而上、盲目推进等。 此外,《通知》还发布了《制造业中试平台建设指引(2025版)》,重点解决中 ...
