齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点记者 王瑞超 实习生 李文慧 8月5日,由中铁六局承建的石热入济配套管网与京沪铁路立交工程完成上跨京沪铁路转体桥T构节段浇筑, 标志着工程从下部结构施工全面转入转体准备阶段,为后续转体施工奠定了坚实基础。 施工过程中,项目部采取"白+黑"连续作业模式,合理调配施工资源,减少对铁路运营的影响。针对济南地 区的持续高温天气,项目部通过错峰施工、发放防暑降温用品、设置休息凉亭等举措,在保障施工人员健康 安全的同时,确保工程质量全面受控。 具体实施过程中,项目部克服了临近铁路营业线施工风险高、混凝土连续浇筑体量大、高空作业难度高等困 难,重点加强对模板支撑、混凝土浇筑等关键环节的全程盯控,确保梁体质量达标。同时,项目部加强与相 关单位的沟通协调,保障工程施工与铁路运营安全。 据了解,"石热入济"是将泰安石横电厂的余热经平阴县、长清区、市中区引入济南主城区,实现对化石能源 清洁高效利用。 目前,项目部正推进管道铺设、转体称重、试转等后续环节,项目预计将于供暖季前正式投入运营。 ...
