新京报讯(记者耿子叶)近日,北京市医疗保障局、北京市人力资源和社会保障局联合发布通知,将调整 规范中医类(灸法、拔罐、推拿)、中医外治类等医疗服务价格项目。 "动态血糖/葡萄糖监测"等10项医疗服务项目将于11月19日起执行最新价格标准及报销政策,其余项目 自12月27日起执行。 医疗服务价格项目涵盖门诊、住院、手术、检查检验等各类医疗技术服务。此次规范调整范围覆盖北京 市公立医疗机构、非营利性医疗机构和医保定点医疗机构,规范了"悬空灸"等18项中医类(灸法、拔 罐、推拿)、"中药贴敷"等18项中医外治类、"手法整复术(关节脱位)"等9项中医骨伤类、"针刀(钩活)疗 法"等6项中医特殊疗法类、"非侵入式脑机接口适配费"等3项神经系统类医疗服务价格项目及相应加 收、扩展项目,制定除基本物耗以外的可收费医用耗材价格政策。通知所列价格为最高指导价格,不得 上浮,下浮幅度不限。同时,明确基本医疗保险和工伤保险报销类别。 按照通知要求,北京市各公立医疗机构要严格按照价格政策规定和临床诊疗规范向患者提供服务并收取 费用,不得收取未列明的费用。严格执行医疗服务价格公示制度,落实好住院费用清单、明码标价等相 关规定。国家或北 ...
