11月24日,记者从铜川市城市管理执法局获悉:近年来,铜川市对市域内地下管网运行现状进行全 面普查,持续推进地下管网建设改造,开展城市基础设施生命线安全工程建设,有效解决城市内涝、污 水排放和管网跑冒滴漏等"城市病"。 据介绍,依托雷达探测等技术,铜川市已完成全市范围内城市地下管网的普查工作。截至目前,铜 川市共建有城市燃气管网1200公里、排水管网576公里、供水管网476.6公里、供热管网85公里、综合管 廊42.3公里。铜川市还根据录入数据的地理信息等基本情况,建成城市地下市政基础设施综合管理信息 平台,精准掌握城市地下设施基本信息和运行安全状况。 铜川市城市管理执法局局长翟军军介绍:"依托前期收集的数据,铜川市出台了一系列城市燃气、 供水、排水和供热管道老化更新改造政策文件。'十四五'期间,铜川城市燃气老旧管网改造总规模达 652.8公里,目前已完成改造430.3公里。其中,城市供水老旧管网已全部完成改造,排水管网改造已超 额完成任务。" 下一步,铜川市将在前期普查的基础上,对部分年代久远、问题频发的管网进行重点监测;紧盯国 家政策支持方向,持续推进城市地下管网更新改造,防范化解风险隐患;持续优化城市 ...
