"那群可爱的孩子虽然基础薄弱,但是肯学上进,虽然性格偏内敛,但总是不经意间给你带来惊喜…… 学生记住你、尊重你,这是教师职业幸福感的来源!"援藏支教已结束两个月,侯纯广还是时常想起和 当地学生之间的情谊。无论是电话聊天,还是朋友圈评论互动,他早已成为学生心中的良师益友。 侯纯广是安徽省亳州市利辛县第一中学的教师,近年来,他在做好本校教学工作的同时,积极前往新疆 和西藏支教。从塔克拉玛干沙漠旁的和田,到念青唐古拉山脉以南的山南,都留下了他与学生之间动人 的师生情。 2010年,安徽省教育厅计划选派化学教师赴新疆和田地区支教的消息传来,他与同样是教师的妻子商量 后,郑重地向学校递交了支教申请。2011年2月,侯纯广告别家人,踏上前往新疆和田实验中学的支教 之路。尽管生活条件艰苦,但他深信,越是艰苦的地方越需要青年教师的助力。 不过,刚开始授课,侯纯广就遇到了挑战。"一开始,孩子们反馈'听不懂',我以为他们听不懂概念和 知识点,后来与语文教师沟通后才发现,他们不理解一些基础的词语、术语。" 为此,侯纯广一方面在上课时放慢语速,先将课本上字词的拼音标注在黑板上,再讲解含义;另一方 面,他自创了"通用语+化学术语教学法 ...
