"十四五"期间,我国集中力量实施了17998座病险水库除险加固,强化水库库容管理,推进水库清淤, 严肃查处侵占库容、影响防洪安全等行为,水库功能有效恢复。 记者从水利部了解到,"十四五"以来,全国水库运行管理水平大幅提升,水库安全状况持续改善。 "十四五"期间,我国调度运用大中型水库,拦蓄洪水5591亿立方米,实现了大江大河重要堤防无一决 口、连续4年各类水库无一垮坝,洪涝灾害损失占国内生产总值的比例由"十三五"的年均0.28%下降至 0.17%。 目前,水利部正在推进安全大坝、生态大坝、智能大坝建设,先行选取12座水库开展智能大坝建设试 点,总结探索经验,发挥示范引领作用。 (总台央视记者梁丽娟李洁) ...
